I met up with Katie and Matt at beautiful Crane Beach in Ipswich on a chilly March morning. The beach is so magical in winter, and we had this one all to ourselves. Katie and Matt kept warm with snuggles, belly-laughs and champagne, and I with lots of layers! After hanging out on the beach for awhile we headed over to the gorgeous Castle Hill, also part of the Crane Estate. When I was a kid my parents would take me to Castle Hill for the summer fireworks. Katie remembered doing the same thing with her family, and the three of us had so much fun exploring the sprawling grounds. I can’t wait to photograph Katie and Matt’s wedding at the Renaissance Club in November, but until then, I hope you’ll enjoy some of my favorites from their romantic, sun-drenched engagement session!
